It is Birdathon season, and my Birdathon team, Gone Pishing, is ready to see as many birds as we can and raise as much money for Travis Audubon as we can! We'll take care of the "seeing as many birds as possible" part, but we need your generous support for the "raise as much money as possible" part. With your support, we raised nearly $12,000 last year. It would be wonderful for the birds, Travis Audubon and Gone Pishing if we raise even more this year! 

Our Big Day will be April 19, and we'll be in the High Island area again. We'll be trying to beat our record of 142 species from last year. We'll be out very early looking and listening and end very late after visiting many different habitat types and trying for every species we can. It will help a lot if we get lucky and encounter a lot of migrating birds. Feel free to ask the birding gods and goddesses to smile on us.  ( : 

I would very much appreciate your financial support this year. You can donate a set amount, or you can donate a certain amount per species. If you go the per species route, I will let you know how many species we get a few days after the event. Either way, any amount is appreciated.
